Kata beach is a 5 minute drive from the villas, and is one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket. It is ideal for swimming, sunbathing, surfing and snorkelling. There are many restaurants and bars near the beach and in the surrounding area, and there are also many shops and supermarkets within walking distance of the beach.
Our two gorgeous villas, Villa Jasmine and Villa Malee, are offered to rent overlooking the famous Kata Beach and are available for your holiday of a lifetime.
We provide two fabulous villas, each with free high speed WIFI and full staff. FREE BREAKFASTS are included in your rental, and all other meals are cooked for you by our resident chefs. You just pay for the basic cost of the ingredients of the other meals that you order. All drinks are at cost price. We can also arrange a luxury transfer from the airport at a small extra cost. Our manageress and concierge speaks excellent English and will arrange all meals, in house massages, boat trips , booking restaurants, hire cars or bikes, everything to make your holiday THE BEST
Each detached villa is set behind high cut natural limestone walls and its own full sized remote controlled gates. Two private infinity swimming pools and secluded sun bathing areas are set on the upper floors to make the best use of the cooling sea breezes and fabulous views of Kata Beach, the Andaman Sea and glorious sunsets. The living, dining and large fully fitted kitchens are also situated on the upper floors with full size glass sliding doors opening to the sun bathing and swimming pool areas. Both villas are nestled in gently sloping woodland, protected by the world famous BIG BUDDHA behind.
There are four large double bedrooms, all en-suite, in each villa, with a spacious romantic bamboo bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom of each villa also boasts a double Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower area and twin basins set in marble. There are a total of four double bedrooms in each villa, sleeping up to 8 persons.
We can also supply cots or extra small beds for babies and small children.

Our three-week stay at this magnificent four-bedroom villa in Phuket was nothing short of fabulous. From the moment we stepped through the grand entrance, we knew we had found a slice of paradise.

The villa itself is a masterpiece of design, perfectly blending modern luxury with tropical elegance.

The Staff: The Heart of Our Experience
What truly elevated our holiday from great to unforgettable was the staff. Everything was organised for us from our home in Germany by the villa manager Noi. She arranged our airport transfer and was always on hand for any other advice or services she could give us.
The team at the villa, led by the wonderful Muay, looked after us so well. The cooking and cleaning are of the highest standards.
We ate breakfast and dinners at the Villa. Every single meal was a culinary journey. From beautiful fresh fruit platters through to authentic Thai favourites to perfectly grilled seafood.
The Verdict: 10/10
Staying for three weeks allowed us to truly unwind and soak in the beauty of Phuket. The combination of a stunning property and an elite staff created a seamless, ultra-luxurious experience that we are already dreaming of returning to. The weather in August was superb. We had one shower of about three hours, the rest of the time was hot and sunny with blue skies and fluffy clouds.
If you are looking for an upscale, stress-free getaway in Phuket, look no further. This villa is absolute perfection.

We felt at home right away
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Khun Noi and her wonderful team, who made us feel at home straight away. Their warm hospitality set the tone for what was an amazing stay.
On our first night, we ordered food at the villa and were treated to a fresh, delicious meal with incredibly generous portions, easily enough for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. Throughout our stay, breakfast was prepared for us each morning and was always cooked superbly.
The villa itself was spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen containing all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the linen was changed daily, which was a lovely touch and kept everything feeling fresh.
At short notice, Khun Noi arranged an in-villa massage for my wife and me. I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I've ever had, a perfect combination of traditional Thai and oil massage.
Our favourite feature was undoubtedly the pool and sun terrace. The terrace enjoyed sunshine from morning right through to the evening, so we spent many happy hours in and around the pool. In the evenings, it was wonderful to relax outside with a cool breeze while enjoying the warm weather. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather every day of our 6-day stay.
Communication from both Brian and Khun Noi was excellent throughout. They were always available to help at short notice and provided great recommendations for local attractions, activities, and transport arrangements.
We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would definitely return. In fact, I only wish I was back there now!

The most fabulous 5 weeks in Phuket
We've just had the most fabulous 5 weeks in Phuket with family and friends staying at Villa Jasmine and Villa Malee.
The hilltop setting under the iconic landmark Big Buddha provided a fabulous panorama looking out to Kata beach and the prevailing sea breezes were refreshing.
The infinity pools were a haven after days of golf, shopping and sightseeing.
The villas are comfortable, spacious and impeccably clean.
The manageress Khun Noi is in the know and can organise anything and everything you could possibly want. Whether it be in-house massages, fresh lobster, more drinks, medical supplies or a tuk tuk, nothing was too much trouble.
Our resident chef, Khun Arm, cooked up tasty culinary temptations from an even more tempting menu.
Khun Muay and the housekeeping team with their beaming smiles and attentive service took care of everything.
I highly recommend these villas to family and friends looking for a tropical getaway where you are spoilt from the moment you arrive.

The Villa Is Brilliant
The pool, terrace, bedrooms, bathrooms etc are all better than the photos. Spotlessly clean and everything works perfectly. There is a sea view from the pool and terrace, great air conditioning, secure grounds and its less than a 5 minute tuk-tuk ride to Kata beach and resort.But what absolutely made our stay here was the people - the housekeeping staff are just incredible. Welcoming, kind, friendly, helpful and exceptional chefs! This villa was the highlight of our holiday in Thailand, and we did stay in other more expensive villas and hotels. Often a downside to a villa holiday with a large group (8 of us) is the constant food shopping, cooking and clearing up after a meal. Not at this villa. All this is done for you with a smile and genuine hospitality - nothing was too much trouble for Mauy and her team. Fantastic fresh food every time, from western breakfasts to thai dinners, every dish was superb.Having the support of the villa manger and her team gave us a sense of security and surety as they would help arrange taxis/tuk-tuks, recommend restaurants and generally be there to help with anything and everything. I can't recommend this property enough. Book it, you won't regret it.

What's our story ?
In the years 2000 and 2002, my wife and I adopted two abandoned baby girls, one from Thailand in 2000 (Yasmin) and one from Cambodia in 2002 (Maia). Both girls were desperately ill when we adopted them and nearly died. My wife and I took them back to our home in Devon, England. I wanted them to have the option when they grew up of living in England or Thailand, so in 2005, I designed and built two superb villas (one each) - Villa Jasmine and Villa Malee - together with full staff and a substitute family led by Khun Noi.
